The Department of Computer Science was established in the year 1994. Our department is the cyber house of innovation and updates the unexplored areas in IT. The department offers wealth of ideas which quenches the thirst of learners to learn the ever developing technology. The department helps to develop a competent academic environment with a team of committed faculty members and it provides quality education to the students.

The Computer Science Department occupies a prominent place in the annals of the academic history of the college since its inception. The faculty of the department has vast experience in academia. Besides teaching, the department is actively involved in conducting training programmes for students, apart from regular academic schedules, additional diploma courses such as Advanced C/C++, Java, Multimedia (Photoshop and Flash) are provided. It follows a structured and strategic approach to get the best from the students and convert them into class professionals. Our philosophy and methodology deviates from the traditional approach which helps the student to develop an individualistic approach in technology and problem solving. The department  organizes various seminars and workshops for faculty members and students.
